1A LUGARD AVE... This project developed from a commercial real estate commission. The task was to create interior designs and renders to help the developer sell their project. This living space was particularly fun to work on, I loved having to work with curved and linear forms, muted and strong colors, soft natural lighting, and accent artificial lights all with the aim of creating a cozy, modern yet luxurious-looking space. Eventually, the developer totally changed the entire building project! But there was no chance under God's green earth I'd let these images go. So, here they are... ENJOY!
